Nancy took my calls when I was at a total loss as to how to even begin moving ahead with the completion and publication of The Spirit of The Herbfarm Restaurant. And she kept taking them until I had signed with a publisher, determined who was to write the foreword, and the files had been sent off to SkyHorse. And even now...I still have questions and Nancy doesn’t hesitate.
Nancy Leson is a Seattle-based food writer, radio personality, and public speaker who started her career by waiting tables and learning about food. For the better part of two decades, she was the restaurant critic and food columnist for the Seattle Times and NPR member-station KNKX, as well as an entertaining culinary instructor.
